Pilsner

Hops: GR Magnum, GR Perle, GR Saaz ABV%: 4.9% IBU: 28

Crisp, clean, and refreshing. A golden colored, bottom fermented lager beer that is light in body with a slightly malty, grainy aroma. The high attenuation during fermentation leads to a crisp, dry finish. This beer showcases the finest quality malts and hops imported from Germany.

Black Lager

Hops: German Saaz ABV%: 5.5% IBU: 8

Light in body, dark in color. This refreshing, traditional German Schwarzbier (“black beer”), balances roasted malt flavors with moderately low hop bitterness. Initial roasted coffee, chocolate, and a hint of dark caramel flavors subsides to a clean, dry finish that makes this beer quite drinkable. Sometimes referred to as a “Black Pilsner”.

Red Rye Lager

Hops: German Saaz, Hallertauer, Perle ABV%: 7.0% IBU: 34

This beer is a hybrid German rye lager with light to moderately spiced rye aroma and flavor. The low bitterness allows an initial malty and bready sweetness with slight caramel notes, similar to a red beer, which then fade away to the unique earthy characteristics of the rye malt.

Fly By Night IPA

Hops: Magnum, Centennial, Cascade, Simcoe ABV%: 6.3% IBU: 37

Well balanced India Pale Ale with a floral, citrus, and pine aroma. Brewed with heaping amounts of west coast hops.

India Pale Ale W/ Jalapeno/Habenero Peppers

Hops: Magnum, Centennial, Cascade, Simcoe ABV%: 6.3% IBU: 37

Jalapeño and Habanero peppers are added to our IPA post fermentation to give a nice kick to one of our more popular beers on tap. The combination of the two peppers together compliment the hop profile with a mixture of both pepper flavor and a medium-high heat.

Silver Sage Pale Ale

Hops: Magnum, Citra ABV%: 4.8% IBU: 25

Silver Sage Pale Ale is light bodied and brewed with fresh sage leaves. Hints of citrus and savory sage offer delicious drinkability in this Nevada inspired beer.

Swing Shift N.E. Style IPA

Hops: Citra, Mosaic ABV%: 5.4% IBU: 50

Soft and juicy unfiltered New England Style IPA. This beer has large additions of late kettle hops paired with a massive dry hop, which creates a strong aroma and flavor without the bitterness. Swing Shift IPA delivers a huge tropical fruit and crushed citrus punch with the addition of a soft water profile and toasted, graham cracker malt backbone.

Turkish Coffee Black Lager

Hops: German Saaz ABV%: 5.5% IBU: 8

Our very popular Schwarzbier (Black Lager) infused with a plethora of spices and local Magpie Pica Pica coffee. Spices include Cinnamon, Cardamon, Black Pepper, Allspice, Clove, Toasted Coconut, and Vanilla Bean.

Barrel Aged Red Rye Lager

Hops: German Hallertau ABV%: 7.5% IBU: 34

Our popular year-round Red Rye Lager, aged in Frey Ranch Brandy barrels for over 6 months. Complex and rich. Notes of dark fruit, cherry, and vanilla.

Availability: Seasonal. By the glass in our taproom or 32oz crowler.

Baltic Porter

Hops: Magnum, Saaz ABV%: 7.6% IBU: 35

Complex blend of malts with a smooth schwarzbier-like roastiness that stops short of burnt. The lager character is different than a typical porter or stout. Roasted coffee, toffee, and nutty aromas.

Mosaic Pale Ale

Hops: Mosaic ABV%: 6.9% IBU: 19

Single-hop pale ale showcasing the complex aromas and flavors of the Mosaic hop. Pleasantly hoppy, crisp, and refreshing, with notes of tropical fruit, citrus, and pine. The perfect beer to help usher in the spring.
